Consolidated ERP, IFRS, treasury, contract, bond and document workflows into an integrated environment used by more than 500 employees. Reduced manual payment approvals and reporting work while improving visibility into cash flow, loan portfolios and future obligations.

Led a software team supporting IT infrastructure and developing software for 5G laboratory environments.

Led corporate IT and digital delivery for a regulated insurance business. Served on the Executive Committee and was responsible for critical production systems, sales and customer-service transformation, and technology investment proposals presented to the CEO, CFO and international headquarters.

Completed the post-acquisition consolidation of infrastructure, ERP and production systems across three companies.

Led technology activities across the United Kingdom, Italy and India. Oversaw development of portable ECG and Holter devices, a medical data platform, a physician workspace and a pilot AI process for ECG data classification.

Progressed through three technology leadership roles over ten years. Led enterprise application delivery for corporate clients while also managing the firm’s internal infrastructure and development of business applications for audit and consulting.
